MyRooms4You will take on your property on a long-term let (minimum 2 years) and guarantee you rent for that period.  Together we will ensure the property is up to the standard both in safety and comfort for our professional tenants.  You can then sit back and enjoy receiving your hassle free monthly rent directly from us as we take care of the rest.

We will then sub-let the rooms of the property on 6 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements and only to professionally employed tenants that are thoroughly vetted and referenced.

Our all-inclusive service provides you with peace of mind that your property is in good hands.

We already lease properties in the BS15 and BS16 areas and are always looking for more suitable houses with 3+ bedrooms in this and surrounding areas.

The properties are fully managed with a team of regular cleaners and gardeners at no additional cost to landlord or tenant.
